For today's Director Spotlight, we're shining the light on PWC's and Whole Home's Director of Workforce Development and Special Projects, Brad Staggs! 👏 Brad has been with the PWC team for 18 years, and his favorite memory is when he worked on a project for a local homeowner in need of repairs. "She could not leave the house and had not left the house in months. She didn’t think she needed a ramp." He shares that "after giving the homeowner many reasons why a ramp would benefit her, she decided to let her dog Teddy decide. She took a piece of paper and tore off several pieces, writing “Ramp” on some and “No Ramp” on the others. She threw them on the ground and said, “Whichever one he steps on first will be the decision.” Teddy, thankfully, first stepped on “Ramp.” Brad goes on to say that his favorite PWC event is Repair Affair, as he is able to work with volunteer crews and see their enthusiasm, and just how hard they work on projects always gives him a morale boost. We are so glad to have you on the PWC/Whole Home team, Brad! ⭐️
