Last October, teenager Eli Diallo was severely injured when he was caught in the crosshairs of a drive-by shooting. Upon returning home from the hospital with a wheelchair and mobility issues, new challenges arose for the Diallo family – they desperately needed a new ramp so Eli could enter and exit the house safely. The PWC team stepped in and built a professionally constructed wheelchair ramp, improving Eli's independence and safety. Did you hear the news? PWC was recently featured on an episode of CET (Cincinnati Educational Television)/PBS’s Brick by Brick program, which sheds light on organizations like PWC that work tirelessly to preserve homes in the fight for more affordable housing. At PWC, we know that preserving our existing housing is a smart and cost-effective way to combat the lack of affordable housing. We work each day to provide professional home repair services at no cost for neighbors who otherwise would not be able to afford them so that they can stay in their homes. Give the episode a watch today (P.S. PWC is featured at 12:55): https://lnkd.in/gRHs337Z
