If you have been in a meeting and said nothing, be careful. With few exceptions, this means you are not displaying leadership qualities like initiative, confidence, curiosity or creative thinking. Being introverted or reflective or more junior isn’t an excuse: ask for the agenda or objectives beforehand and prepare so that you can make a meaningful contribution.
