October 16 is National Feral Cat Day, and you can celebrate this holiday by helping the homeless cats in your community, with the process of Trap-Neuter-Return aka #TNR. TNR involves humanely trapping stray cats, spaying/neutering them, vaccinating them against rabies, and then returning them to their outdoor “home” where they will be cared for by a “colony caretaker.” TNR is the least costly, most efficient, and the *only humane* method of solving our homeless cat crisis. People for Animals, Inc recognizes the importance of this solution, and strives to make it as convenient as possible for our neighbors by offering walk-in TNR service at all PFA locations! Friday night's Tricky Tray fundraiser was a huge success for People for Animals, Inc, and there's so many people we want to thank. We're so appreciative of the Event Sponsors and businesses that donated awesome prizes. The night's festivities went so smoothly thanks to our energetic and hard-working volunteers, including our friends at Merck. Last but not least, thank you to everyone who attended our sold-out fundraiser.
