This week marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter as I step into my role as CEO of peomg. Like so many great businesses, our journey began at a kitchen table—less than two years ago, four of us sat together and schemed on how to change the world…. the world of PEO at least. Our mission was simple but powerful: to empower small business owners to focus on what they love, while we take care of the rest. That dream quickly became a reality. Now, just a few days into this new role, I find myself reflecting on the incredible path that led here. The milestones we’ve hit, the challenges we’ve overcome, and - most importantly - the people who have shaped this journey. None of this would be possible without the unwavering support of our team, mentors, clients, and partners. I’m beyond grateful for the past and even more excited for what’s ahead. The future of PEOMG is bright, and we’re just getting started! ??

What a Week! ?? This past week has been all about partnerships, collaboration, and strategic growth - and I couldn’t be more energized by the conversations and momentum. Had the opportunity to head down to South Florida (a much-needed escape from the Midwest cold!) to connect with executive leadership and the sales force at Paychex. Huge thanks to Bill Allen and Stacy PorcaroJeffcoat for an amazing discussion and dinner, exploring exciting ways to expand the powerful relationship between peomg and Paychex - big things ahead! We even have something in store for the PEO Speedwagon too! Also had the chance to meet with ADP’s South Florida leadership and sales teams, discussing alignment strategies and setting an exciting tone for what’s ahead in 2025. Grateful for the thoughtful conversations with Devin Furlong, Jr., Christina Boorin, Mykel Morejon ADP and the opportunities to drive even greater impact together! Capped off the week back in St. Louis with an incredible event alongside GIS Benefits, Inc., ADP, and Unum, focused on supporting brokers and their clients in navigating HR and Benefits solutions. Big thanks to Tim Cahill for hosting such a great event and to Danny Spink, Justin Chaney, and Kyle Kijowski for making it happen. Loved engaging with each of you! And today?
