?? Meet the Firms at Lamar University! ?? Amber had a great time representing Pension Assurance at Lamar University’s Spring Meet the Firms event. Here’s what stood out: ? Increased interest in remote work – More students are open to it but worry about feeling lost or isolated in their first job. Amber shared how we prioritize communication, training, and a strong firm culture to help new team members succeed. ? Firm growth = more opportunities – Many students (and even employees from other firms!) were surprised to hear that at Pension Assurance, we’re not in competition with each other. Unlike firms with limited positions, we’re still growing, which means more chances for career advancement. ? A great event overall – This Spring MTF event had more engagement than previous Fall events, making it a great opportunity to connect with future accountants.
