Kate Beck joined the PA Women Work team in October 2023 as the Administrative Coordinator. She supports a variety of efforts including meeting scheduling and facilitation, bus pass distribution, upcoming program reminders, and timesheet collection and time off coordination. Since stepping into her role, Kate has spearheaded the organization’s transition to a new HR platform which will reduce hours spent reporting time and pay. Additionally, she has streamlined the client incentive program with the introduction of e-signing and digital distribution of gift cards. We are so incredibly lucky to have such an organized and considerate person working in her position. She truly is the backbone of our organization. Thank you, Kate!
