Breeze Ridge Farm is making Moo-ves Towards Energy Efficiency Breeze Ridge Farm, a family-owned dairy farm in Pennsylvania, wanted to upgrade its ventilation and grain drying systems to improve energy efficiency but found the grant application process overwhelming. ?? With PennTAP’s support, they secured over $14,000 in funding through the USDA REAP and Pennsylvania SBAG programs. ?? These upgrades are expected to save over 11,200 kWh of electricity annually and reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 7.4 metric tons.
