The PUC has approved a partial joint settlement that limits the rate changes for Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania to a significantly smaller amount than originally requested and includes enhanced assistance programs and expanded outreach for at-risk customers. https://ow.ly/H5jR50Uc1M9

The PUC today approved a joint settlement significantly reducing FirstEnergy Pennsylvania Electric Company’s proposed rate changes by more than 55%, while also securing commitments for infrastructure upgrades and customer assistance program enhancements. https://ow.ly/hHoI50Uc18b

PUC Commissioner Ralph V. Yanora today highlighted National Critical Infrastructure Security and Resilience Month, noting: “Utility systems provide the foundation for our communities, but they face a range of challenges from cyber and physical threats to severe weather. Zerfuss introduced many different panelists such as those from the Philadelphia Eagles, SEPTA, U.S. Department of Energy, and the MACH 2 and ARCH 2 hydrogen hubs. Zerfuss was joined by staff, Kate McMullen and Erin Laudenslager.
