?? Native Women's Equal Pay Day ?? Today, we highlight the pay disparity faced by Native American women. On average, Native women earn only 60 cents for every dollar earned by white, non-Hispanic men. This inequality affects families, communities, and our economy as a whole. Let's come together to raise awareness and advocate for fair pay. Every woman deserves equal opportunities and equal pay for equal work. #NativeWomensEqualPayDay #EqualPay #FairWages #EconomicJustice
