If you or a loved one is struggling with drugs or alcohol, call 1-800-662-HELP. Pictured are scenes of kindness from our statewide stakeholder engagement tour, which gave us the opportunity to engage and empathize with the needs of those providing and accessing #substanceusedisorder services. #WorldKindnessDay
