SB 920, the Rape Kit Tracking bill has passed both chambers and is heading to the Governor's desk! Thank you Senator Langerholc for including us in this important piece of legislation. This bill will allow rape survivors to track their kits online, privately, which will provide piece of mind and accountability on the Commonwealth to ensure each kit is tested and accounted for.

?? Victims deserve to know the status of their case. SB 920 guarantees victims can track their rape kit through a web-based system and receive updates throughout the process.
