The mission of PCDC is to preserve, protect, and promote Chinatown as a viable ethnic, residential, and business community. 9 residents have moved in, and we are excited to welcome all new residents!

Thatcher Flats is a multi-phased deal that will redevelop a full city block in the Walnut Hills neighborhood in Cincinnati, Ohio, bounded by Lincoln Avenue, Gilbert Avenue, Foraker Avenue, and Monfort Streets. On this site, Pennrose and the Walnut Hills Redevelopment Foundation worked with the Hamilton County Landbank to demolish the vacant and dilapidated structures to build a total of 86 units. Thatcher Flats Phase I is a?$15.2-million, 50-unit new construction development for individuals and families in two low-rise buildings.

Congratulations Pennrose, TROY HOUSING AUTHORITY, our Pike Construction Services team, Dattner Architects and all project partners on the successful completion of the revitalized Taylor Apartments along the scenic riverfront in Troy, NY! Phase 1 included a brand new 141-unit, 7-story apartment building offering affordable housing for the community, plus a fitness center, community room, and retail space on the ground floor. Exciting transformation bringing even more life to Troy!
