2Ls and 3Ls are able to compete with the Penn State Dickinson Law National Competition Moot Court Team. Team members are chosen through a summer "write-on" prior to the start of their 2L year, and an intra-school moot court competition. Participating in the team provides members the opportunity to advance their writing, problem-solving, and advocacy skills as they prepare to compete in competitions across the country. Members are able to compete in a variety of moot court competitions for many different practice areas, including constitutional law, labor law, securities law, and transactional law.
