Penn E&R welcomes Bryce Rupp, who joins the Environmental group in our Doylestown office.?Bryce has over 10 years of experience providing professional environmental consulting services.?His areas of expertise include Phase I and II ESAs, site and remedial investigations, soil and groundwater sampling and remediation, vapor intrusion investigations and remediation, and data analysis for commercial, residential, and industrial properties as well as National Forests. ?

We are happy to announce that Christian Brendel has started at Penn E&R as our Civil Site Engineering Manager, working from our Pittsburgh office.?Christian has over 12 years of experience in the civil engineering industry including civil site development, erosion and sedimentation control, and post construction stormwater management, with a strong focus on oil and gas and renewable energy projects in the northeast and mid-Atlantic.? ?

Penn E&R has been providing environmental, engineering, and permitting services for the energy industry for over 30 years.?A recent project involved placement of over 100,000 CY of structural fill to create a level, ~8-acre platform for a new electrical substation to address aging infrastructure and limited operational flexibility.?Penn E&R provided site grading and stormwater designs, construction support and oversight, and Environmental permitting through the PADEP and local agencies for the project.

We are happy to announce that Garrett Hornung joined Penn E&R this week as Survey Manager and Drone Operations.?Garrett has over 12 years of experience in the surveying industry which includes boundary surveys, topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, and construction surveying, with a strong focus on oil and gas and transportation projects.

Penn E&R welcomes Ethan Hults, who joins the Environmental group in our Doylestown office.?Ethan has 10+ years of experience in the environmental field including Phase I and II ESAs, Brownfields Investigations, Soil Remediation, UST Closure, and Industrial Hygiene consulting and project management.?His project experience includes former filling stations, dry cleaners, and large industrial sites.? ?
