Earlier this week, Penn Community Bank Fraud & Security Officer Rick Cimakasky teamed up with PA Treasurer Stacy Garrity and Pennsylvania Bankers Association President & CEO Duncan Campbell to kick off #CybersecurityAwarenessMonth. Cybersecurity is a shared responsibility - that's why this group joined forces to warn Pennsylvanians about the dangers of cyber fraud and offer advice on how to ensure your personal information is safe. ????
Cybersecurity is a team sport. That’s why Treasurer Garrity joined Duncan Campbell of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association and Rick Cimakasky of Penn Community Bank to kick off Cybersecurity Awareness Month. They’re warning Pennsylvanians about the dangers of cyber fraud and offering advice on how to make sure their personal information is safe. Treasury is a major target for cyber criminals, and we have a special obligation to secure the Commonwealth’s financial information against cyber threats. We also work closely with Gov. Shapiro’s team to share our knowledge and expertise with local government agencies across the state. Treasurer Garrity urges all Pennsylvanians to take some time this month to make sure they’re secure from the criminals who want to steal their personal information. ??
