We're Hiring! Part-Time Instructor for Adult Learners (Mechanics, Hydraulics, Pneumatics) Are you passionate about sharing your knowledge in mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics? Do you have experience in the field and a desire to help adult learners advance their skills? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! ?? Role Overview: We're looking for a skilled, part-time instructor to teach non-credit courses for adult learners in mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics. In this role, you'll follow the Workforce Development curriculum and provide instruction 1-2 days per week in 4-hour blocks. This position could be fully remote, but you must have the necessary technology to teach online effectively. ? Schedule: Part-time, hours vary depending on course offerings Availability during Eastern time zone business hours (8 a.m. – 5 p.m.) ?? Qualifications: Required: 5 years of related experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain up-to-date knowledge in your field. ?? Responsibilities: Provide instruction using provided curriculum (classroom and/or virtual) Assist with course development and coordination Maintain attendance records, provide student feedback, and prepare lesson plans Hourly rate of $45.00 for instruction + anticipated prep time.
