    With the end of the calendar year approaching, this is often a hectic time for year end “tax planning”. It always surprises us that many intelligent, high net worth individuals and even some independent advisors are not very familiar with the tremendous power of tax saving strategies that can help compound their net worth, leading to an increase in their family’s generational wealth and legacy. We just acquired Meadows at Graham, a 68-unit newly constructed apartment complex built in 2023, and we’re projecting a 25% average annual return for our LP investor-partners in this opportunity.
