A morning of movement, connection, and meaningful conversations. Last Sunday, Walk for Relief 2025 brought together over 200 community members from across the Mornington Peninsula for a 10km journey through Point Nepean National Park—raising over $50,000 for Mentis Assist and their vital mental health services. The morning began with a sunrise yoga session led by?Warrior One Yoga, setting the tone for a mindful and reflective walk along the spectacular coastline. Peninsula Hot Springs Co-Founder and Group Chair Charles Davidson shared, “As we walked and talked with each other, the sea breeze, sun, spectacular views, and great friendly company opened the way to deep and honest conversations.” A reminder of the power of nature, connection, and community in supporting mental wellbeing.
