    Hiring Engineering Design Professional - Electrical Our client is seeking a full-time direct-hire Electrical Engineering Designer to join their team in either one of the following locations - San Francisco, Seattle, or Salt Lake City. Duties: Develops, modifies and reviews Revit models of electrical engineering systems and components according to established standards and Revit modeling techniques, based on input from the electrical engineering team. Creates project drawings from the Revit model. Develops flow diagrams, riser diagrams, control diagrams and similar project documents using AutoCAD. Organizes and maintains Revit models and AutoCAD documents for multiple projects. Works closely with project team and assists to complete projects on aggressive schedules. Performs all work in a clear, complete, and accurate manner. Uses Revit to check the design for interference with other building elements. Utilizes knowledge and experience in applying modeling principles for drawings. Produces equipment schedules, making changes and adjustments as necessary with input from the engineering team as required. Utilizes knowledge and experience in applying drafting principles for drawings. Implements and utilizes company Standards for projects and processes. Actively seeks new knowledge related to engineering practices, principles and regulations changes. Takes personal responsibility for fostering a green workplace through sustainable work practices. Fosters a commitment to external and internal client service. Required Skills: Basic knowledge of engineering principles and practices. Basic knowledge of building codes.     Hiring Work from Home Mid-Level to Senior-Level Interior Designer for Commercial Offices! Position: Our client is looking for someone who has a great sense of style, is an efficient project manager, and communicates well. Mid-Level Designer?responsibilities include supporting their Lead Designers with site measures, space planning, sourcing, budgeting, vendor/contractor communication and coordination, project installations, and styling. You may also assist with or oversee purchasing and expediting (alongside their dedicated purchasing agent). Over time, the Mid-Level Designer may run their own projects, with supervision provided by their senior staff. Senior Designer?responsibilities include running your own projects and supporting other leads on their projects, as needed. The vast majority of your time will be project-based, however you will be asked to participate in operational tasks as needed, including new staff onboarding, design process improvements, performance reviews, and misc. PR activities including photo shoots. You will also take an active role in maximizing the firm’s productivity and profits by ensuring the team’s adherence to billable time goals, adjusting internal resources as needed, and proactively managing internal process. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or equivalent Full-time access to a reliable car. Provide leadership & mentoring to internal project team members - Assume responsibility for familiarizing new team members for project processes and procedures - Collaborate with the principal to establish personal development objectives for team members - Ability to manage 1?2 direct reports ?
