Last week, we had an inspiring knowledge session at our office about the technical aspects of swimming pools. A super interesting topic from which we learned a lot! During the session, valuable expertise from different countries was brought together, allowing us to learn collaboratively and gain new insights. ? And as is tradition after a great knowledge session… we wrapped up the day with a cheerful drink!

With 39 modern classrooms, specialised practical rooms, and a stunning sports hall, we have collectively realised a project where education and development take centre stage. A result to be truly proud of! ? Spanning an impressive 7,000 m2, we have created a space that inspires and supports both students and teachers. And the best part? Thanks to the smooth collaboration and dedication of everyone involved, the school was delivered a full three months ahead of schedule! ? We are making great progress with the interior finishes, including walls, floors, ceilings, and internal doors. The swimming pool is now ready to be filled and outside, the western car park has been completed with tarmac. ? The playground and park pathways are also fully finished and ready for use. Next week, we will begin the soft landscaping and start work on the northern car park. ? This is a fantastic project that is moving closer to completion. The Christmas break brought challenging weather conditions, but our team persevered and kept the works on the service road on track. Despite the challenges, the service road has been completed, including all the necessary underground utilities. This milestone allowed us to move forward with the installation of the steel structure followed up installing the ground and first-floor areas. ? Our current focus is on enclosing the building, with installing the remaining cladding panels and membrane works underway. Progress on the pools has also been steady; the main pool is set to complete its testing this week, while the learner pool has already passed its test and is moving into the preparation stage for tiling. In the basement, the first blockwork walls are now being constructed – a significant step forward in this impressive project. ? We began with an inspiring visit to the brand-new school in Bedford, which we have only just completed. Afterwards, we stopped by the construction site in Epping, where we saw the team hard at work on a stunning leisure centre. After a day full of impressions, it was time to relax a bit at the hotel! The evening kicked off with an inspiring speech from our director, followed by a delicious dinner. Once the music started, the dance floor was packed in no time! What a wonderful way to reflect on the past year together and look ahead to all that 2025 has in store for us. #loveconstruction?
