As we reflect on the 2024 Fall Parade of Homes, we can't help but be grateful for the opportunities we have in the Twin Cities area to support our builders and remodelers and showcase their amazing work. This is the largest and longest running home tour in the country - and it shows! From a fantastic Mobile App to help plan your tour route, to a beautifully put together Guidebook, to all of the lovely industry folks who prepare and staff these model homes each weekend - it is truly a great experience for all! Recently, our Trade Sales Team got out of the office for a day of team building and golf at Baker National Golf Course. Even though they’re spread out across our Pella Northland territory, our sales team meets in person on a regular basis to share knowledge and celebrate achievements. We were glad to have our Operations, Marketing and Service teams who work with our Trade Segment along for the fun as well. So what are the safety glasses and hammers for? Breaking records! (Or rather, breaking tiles with previous records on them ??) Each time a Sales Rep surpasses a personal best sales goal, they have the opportunity to SMASH that tile and celebrate their accomplishment.
