Wine Tasting at the River Club ?? Last night at the tasting, we introduced the "Wine Handicap" Score. Pelican Sound members tasted 4 wines blindly, using only the aroma and flavor characteristics to determine what they were drinking. Due to excessive afternoon heat, Lee County is temporarily adjusting the garbage collection time for some areas throughout the county. Beginning this week, residents are asked to set their trash, recycling and yard waste out by 5 a.m., one hour earlier than the typical set-out time.
