This week, we celebrated a major milestone for our community at the groundbreaking ceremony for Majestic Realty Co. and MasterBrand Cabinets Distribution Center in South Pharr! This facility is the first phase of the Majestic International Trade Port—a state-of-the-art, master-planned industrial park that will bring millions of square feet of space to Pharr, boosting local jobs, investment, and regional competitiveness. The new, 1-million-plus-square-foot facility will serve as a distribution hub for MasterBrand Cabinets, a leading brand sold at major retailers such as Lowe's and Home Depot. “This isn’t just a new building—it’s a game-changer for our local economy, representing a significant leap forward in job creation, industrial growth, and economic development in Hidalgo County. In honor of #TBT, @PeinadoConstruction is looking back at the completion of Madison Marquette's Texoma Medical Plaza II in December of 2020. #TexomaMedicalPlazaII is a three-story tilt-wall medical office building shell that totals 83,000 square feet, including finished out elevator lobbies. This building accommodates a wide variety of individual practioners as well as multi-physician practice groups.
