This week we formally recognized two important milestones: the?World Engineering Day?on Tuesday, March 4th; and the?National Employee Appreciation Day?on Friday, March 7th. This was the perfect opportunity to acknowledge how much we value working with our team! ?We appreciate your combined efforts that have made a positive impact on our business.?You all manage your tasks and projects with such professionalism and passion. Through your continued hard work and dedication, you will position us to not only meet but exceed our goals and meet the demands of our clients. In recognition of these?days, we hosted a special breakfast for the team and conducted drawings throughout the day.

Today, we honor the Presidents who have guided us through challenges and triumphs and shaped our nation throughout history. May we reflect on the values of democracy, service, and unity that define our country. Happy Presidents Day!

Last week, we held a Town Hall meeting with our team members to provide a business update on the 2024 year and discuss our focus on a path forward in 2025. We feel it is important to review the business and the strategic plan with our team so we are all working towards the same goals. We appreciate all of our team members and their contributions.

At PegasusTSI, we remember and celebrate Martin Luther King Jr., and honor his legacy and achievements, his life, and his dream. It’s a day to reflect on how far we have come and the progress still to be made.?
