Breaking Ground in Peabody! We are thrilled to announce that we have officially closed on financing and broken ground on the Residence Inn Peabody, a project by general partners PEG and McNair Interests collaboration with Simon Property Group. This 142-room hotel, located at Northshore Mall in Peabody, MA, is a key part of our innovative Residence Inn Replacement Strategy. With construction set for completion in Fall 2026, we look forward to bringing new growth and energy to the community while delivering exceptional value for our investors. Project team include McNair Interests, Simon, DesignCell Architecture RJO'Connell & Associates and Callahan Construction Managers.

A new survey from CBRE shows strong optimism for the U.S. hotel sector, with 91% of investors planning to maintain or increase their hotel investments this year. Demand remains high across key markets, and with improving debt conditions, we expect more capital to flow into the space.
