Helping dogs in need find the loving forever homes they deserve.
关于我们
We see a day when all dogs are safe, secure, cared for, fed well, and loved. PEDIGREE Foundation is working to find a solution to the problem of the millions of homeless dogs in this country. Through our grant programs, we support organizations that save the lives of dogs that would otherwise be lost. The Foundation was established in 2008 by dog lovers with a passionate belief that every dog deserves a loving home. PEDIGREE Foundation is a 501(c)(3) private foundation that supports shelters and rescue organizations, as well as encouraging people to ADOPT, VOLUNTEER, and DONATE. We’re proud to have awarded almost 5,000 grants to caring, committed shelters and rescue organizations since 2008. Visit our website to learn more about our grant program and the success stories that have come from it!

Today's Adoption Tail is gorgeous Grace, who was found in an abandoned property in Kentucky with her seven puppies. Grace and her puppies avoided the overcrowded shelters in Kentucky with help from GREENMORE FARM ANIMAL RESCUE INC's transport program, which is supported by a PEDIGREE Foundation grant. Through the program, they were brought to Greenmore Farm in Pennsylvania and ultimately all found new, loving homes.

This week's Adoption Tail features gorgeous Adele, a 66-pound bundle of affection. When she arrived at Friends of Homeless Animals, staff quickly realized that she had a habit of being a little too affectionate, which led to some negative behaviors. Adele worked with FOHA's behavioral consultants, a program supported by a PEDIGREE Foundation grant, throughout her six month stay. She learned to walk properly on a leash and to greet new people with a friendly sniff. Once Adele found her new family, she continued to work with FOHA's behavioral consultants to reinforce these behaviors and ensure she would thrive in her new environment. Congratulations, Adele!
