? Congratulations on an impactful year to team Moore Milers! This friends & family team activated this year for their first-ever Pedal the Cause, and raised $7,450 in honor of Living Proof Tim Moore. The team also came out in force on Sunday to volunteer and help Pedal staff clean up post-event.?? ?? In May 2024, Bill Renken’s son-in-law, Tim, was diagnosed with Glioblastoma, a diagnosis that deeply affected their family. After a successful surgery, Tim completed 30 radiation treatments at Siteman Cancer Center and became part of a phase 2 trial aimed at preventing tumor growth. ?? Motivated by Tim’s journey and the crucial work at Sitemans, Bill and his team committed to riding and volunteering for Pedal. “We wanted to ride and volunteer to honor his journey and everyone we know impacted by cancer and the life-changing work happening daily at Siteman Cancer Research,” said Renken.
