What stops you from living your BIG DREAMS? I believe in the power of BIG DREAMS. I know that dreaming fuels hope and with hope it all becomes possible. But I wasn't . . . wasn't living my possible wasn't reaching my dreams wasn't stepping into opportunities Instead, I was stuck. It took a new friend helping me see that I was allowing fear to hold me back. Once I saw it, I was able to begin breaking through the block. Each day, a little bit at a time, I get closer. Each day, fear comes aknockin' - and sometimes brings along a few friends. Each day, I choose the little bits of progress over opening that door to fear. What is holding you back today?

The added wait of holiday hecticness only makes it more challenging. ? Three Tips for Holiday Peace: ? Do one thing. Instead of trying to do everything, do just one thing. One dish for the family meal, one present for under the tree, and even just one tree for your decorations. Giving yourself permission for just one can break a lot of the stress (and make room for more peace and joy). ? Do one little bit. Instead of trying to do it all at once, do just a little bit. Wrap one present. Write one thank you. Put up decorations in one space. One little bit at a time will add up to big accomplishments along the way. ? Do one more thing. Instead of giving in to that break that never ends feeling, do one more thing. Pick up that empty box on your way out of the room. Put the dirty plate in the dishwasher. Put out your clothes for tomorrow. One more thing will be done, but sometimes the one thing motivates you to do one more. ? You were made for so much more, but there is often so much in the way that you can’t begin to see a break, much less the more that you have been promised. ? What would it feel like to have all of that stuff in your way gone? ?
