In honor of Veterans Day, Pearce is highlighting our incredible service member employees all month long! Today's Veteran Employee Spotlight is ryan glenn! Prior to joining Pearce, Ryan served in the United States Navy. After enlisting in 1999, he completed boot camp and vocational training at Great Lakes, graduating from A school in May with a 95.8 grade point average. During his Navy tenure, Ryan served in Division RM05 within the nuclear reactor department. His responsibilities included Damage Control Petty Officer and work center supervisor for the emergency diesel generators. He participated in three WestPac deployments and received several commendations, including the Navy E Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, two Sea Service Deployment Medals, and the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal. Ryan began his career with Pearce in September 2021 as a North Dakota-based roving technician. His consistent work ethic and willingness to travel led to assignments in multiple states, culminating in a move to Arizona. Following a brief personal leave in 2022, he resumed his role in Arizona until July 2023, when he relocated to Montana. Currently, he is one of two HVAC technicians serving Montana and frequently travels to neighboring states for work-related assignments. He is committed to his role and anticipates a long-term career with Pearce! Help us thank Ryan for his service both to our country and to Pearce!

Kyle joined the Marine Corps at the age of 17 while still in high?school. He served as a field radio operator for an infantry battalion, and did two back to back combat deployments from 2007 to 2009. Kyle was injured in 2008 by a IED blast as a Vehicle Gunner resulting in a TBI and being awarded a Purple Heart. Kyle joined Pearce in 2021 as a Microwave/Tower Forman, and also serves as our Competent Climb/Rescuer/Rigging Trainer for the SoCal Tower Team! He went back to school to receive electrician technician card and now works with the Pearce Generator Team. As Pearce continues to position ourselves for future growth, we are thrilled to announce that?Jason Coyle?has officially joined our team as our?new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Kristin Osborn, who has held the role of CFO since 2014, will become our new?Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). Jason will assume responsibility for our Global Finance, Accounting, and Billing functions. He will continue the great work that Kristin started in building the financial systems, processes, and infrastructure we need to support the size and complexity of our business. In her new role, Kristin will continue to lead our Global Shared Services, Fleet, and Corporate Ops Support, as well as Corporate Administration.
