In this role, you will assist with all accounts within the Wind Services business unit while also developing new business and partnerships nationally, with a market focus on Service and Troubleshooting work. The Field Specialist will work closely with existing Pearce customers and internal teams to grow our revenue and expand our service offerings and key target companies.?The Field Specialist will also identify, qualify, and develop repairs for potential customers and partners, and work with those partners to enable our services and solutions to fit their needs.?Minimum 5 years' direct product experience on one or more wind turbine platform! We're closing out Veterans Month with a final Military Employee Spotlight: Jeremy Bayone! Jeremy served on active duty in the United States Army from September 2001 to May 2005. Following his initial training, he was assigned to the 35th Signal Brigade at Fort Liberty (formerly Fort Bragg) as a multi-channel transmissions system operator/maintainer. During his military service, he participated in both Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. Notably, he served alongside Michael Jordan's brother, who held the position of Command Sergeant Major. Mr. Bayone's military career was unfortunately cut short due to an injury sustained during a nighttime airborne training exercise, resulting in a medical discharge. In 2018, Mr. Bayone joined Pearce Services as a Microwave/RF Field Technician. His extensive military training and experience, including six months of classroom and hands-on instruction for his Military Occupational Specialty (MOS), professional leadership development courses, and various other duties and tasks, proved highly relevant to his role at Pearce Services. The presence of fellow veterans within the company fostered a supportive environment for communication and the exchange of ideas, while also providing a sense of confidence and shared understanding. Mr. Bayone has since transitioned to the Renewables division within Pearce where he continues to uphold the values instilled during his military service.
