Here at Peak Performance, we always aim to provide solutions that improve the CJIS compliance experience. It is through our continued commitment to this endeavor that we have an exciting announcement to share. Coming in April to CJIS Online: ? Our new training package, which will include the following: - Cyber Security Awareness training, with individual modules on a variety of topics: Phishing, Malware, Physical Security of Digital Devices, Social Engineering, Password Security, Web Browsing, and Artificial Intelligence - Also includes up to 2 of your own training or document uploads (e.g. agency specific CJIS or IT policies/training) This training package can satisfy the incident response training requirement in the CJIS Security Policy or serve as your organization’s annual Cyber Security Training. Coming this spring, we’ll also be adding the ability to upload up to 30 trainings/documents - allowing you to publish and track them in CJIS Online. If you’re an admin in CJIS Online, look out for a sneak peak of the Cyber Security Training in your CJIS Online dashboard in the next few weeks. Be sure to keep an eye out for upcoming webinar invites in the meantime as well, where we cover topics on new and existing features. Hello everyone - we hope your Friday is operating at ‘Peak Performance’! About a month ago, we shared here that we're adding some new capabilities to CJIS Online. Now officially available for enrollment is our CJO Access bundle, which gives agency and vendor administrators the option to enable helpful features in CJIS Online. Below is a summary of all it includes: - SSO, improving security, ease of access and eliminating password resets - Weekly email summary of time sensitive account activity and expirations - Access to additional reporting capabilities - Vendors gain the ability to be "Vendor Managed", increasing control over their users - API access to view certification/expiration data in an external dashboard (coming soon) - Bulk download capabilities for user certificates/security addendums (coming soon) If you’re interested in signing up, Agency/Vendor Admins can enroll through the ‘Manage Add-ons & Billing’ menu under ‘Administration’ in the CJIS Online navigation bar.
