When one of our volunteer tutors, Conner, texted to say he was writing a group paper for his Education Industry class on "How school districts can adopt personalized learning to close educational gaps" and asked if I had any thoughts, my response was an enthusiastic YES! A few moments later, I was on Zoom with a group of passionate Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management students, diving into the ways personalized learning can be achieved through collaborative efforts, evidence-based strategies, and the right resources. It's inspiring to see future leaders tackling these critical issues.
