Michael joined Peak Dental Services at the end of 2024, bringing a wealth of experience in healthcare operations and leadership. With a strong background in multi-site operations, process improvement, and physician practice management, he has a proven track record of driving organizational growth and enhancing the patient experience. Prior to Peak Dental Services, he was the COO of Axia Women's Health. Outside of work, he's a passionate Philadelphia sports fan, an avid live music enthusiast, and enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids.
