Tuesday I had the immense privilege of being a part of Shira Lazar's event Creators 4 Mental Health, presented by Peace Inside Live. I joined as part of the committee host alongside the likes of Gigi Harville, Dylan Huey, Jason Okuma, Tiffany A. Yu, MSc & Tanya Khani. I know many people, and creators specifically, struggle and are afraid to speak about their struggles. This was a safe space for people to learn that they are not alone and get tools to cope with their struggle and bond over a shared moment. I myself struggled in silence with high-functioning depression during the pandemic. I found my ways to cope and move forward, but not everyone is as lucky. The event saw approximately 100 people come together for an afternoon of insight, community and shared experiences. From sampling products like Everyday Dose (thanks for stepping in Jack Savage!), OLIPOP PBC, Jay Shetty's Juni and Magiktea to experiencing guided mediation and leg compression therapy from providers like BioTune and The Quantum Wellness Spa. Plus we had some amazing sponsors like Passionfruit and The KINN as well as speaker like Kelsey Darragh, Dr. Kojo Sarfo, Will Cady, as well as Daouda Leonard. We had a wide range of creators including the likes of Molly Burke, Cassandra Bankson, Martine Beerman, Yousef Erakat, Jack Jerry, Haley Videckis, Aleksei Archer, Tyler Chou, Eric Artell and more! Peace Inside Live hosted an incredible event which highlights the needs of business owners and creators moving the needle for health and wellness. Thanks for having me on a panel Shira Lazar - in order to scale behavioral health, we need to make sure our healers aren’t facing burn out. Below you will see some sticky notes of creators who need to see change in their economy. They need to reduce burnout, get paid, and make an impact. I’m so grateful to be able to help them to achieve that with Miri AI Some highlights: Kevin Hines & Margaret Hines sharing how the power of our story can not only change our lives but change the lives of everyone we touch. Daouda Leonard taking AI beyond a chat bot with innovative ways for us all create using voice and song in partnership with top talent. Jordana Reim paving a path to #JOMO instead of FOMO Dr. Kojo Sarfo teaching us all how to embrace ourselves and our quirks and diagnosis- living with pride and acceptance. Kelsey Darragh bringing the vulnerability openness and authenticity to the table while leading with intuition. My advisor Katie Rodan is always the most popular and wise expert in the room, huge props for the support and encouragement. And many many more. It gives me hope to be around thought leaders acting, not just talking, about how to change the world.
