?? Cloudcroft Outage Alert ?? Unfortunately, heavy snowfall caused a tree to fall and damaged a couple of spans of cable lines, temporarily disrupting service in Cloudcroft. Our dedicated team and OCEC are bundled up and working hard to get everything back online ASAP. OCEC will have to complete pole replacements before we can start restoration, but we are monitoring the situation and working diligently to restore services.
