I am out of the office but not for vacation. This trip is for personal development. By taking the time to invest in yourself you allow yourself to continue to grow. Allowing ourself to grow is the best way to beat that nasty imposter syndrome that tends to creep up. I will still be posting this week but I want you to tell me your latest personal development that you have engaged in. Now onto spend some time on myself with a great group of people.

I have recently been asked exactly what we do here at PDRM Consulting. Our mission is to mitigate risks while bring value to any organization. The way we do this is multiple different ways, first I am going to talk more about the Product Management side. 1. We want to bring a community together of product professionals that allow for discussion and growth. We want to lift each other up. 2. We have free trainings available that are short live calls allowing people to learn more about different directed topics. These trainings are also available for purchase as downloads for future use. 3. We can provide product audits for companies or company specific trainings on any product management topic. 4. We do have periodic seminars available for purchase on different topics. 5. We have a course available for purchase where we go over many topics on Product Management which gives you ongoing access to me and a private community. I have always wanted to be the best PM that I can be but my family and friends are very important to me. My kids mean the world to me and I have wanted to be present in their lives. That's my boundary and yours may be something very very different but that's okay. We all need to have our own boundaries and then create our work world around them. I won't say mine are perfect by any means but I think as I grow older I can stand firm in my own skin. Is this something that you as a product manager are looking to create?
