This achievement represents a huge milestone, and I am excited to be part of a global community of professionals committed to excellence in event planning and management. The CMP certification is recognized worldwide and demonstrates my knowledge and skills in areas such as event design, budgeting, logistics, risk management, and the latest industry trends. It's a mark of professionalism that assures colleagues and connections of my ability to deliver seamless and successful events.     After more than a decade of designing and delivering events - from casual team gatherings to large-scale, external experiences - one thing I can confirm: great events don’t happen by accident. They’re the result of clear strategy, bold ideas, and well-planned execution. ???? That’s why I’m proud to share that I’ve completed the Advanced Event Design & Strategy (AEDS-WI25) Certificate, a course by PCMA Event Leadership Institute. Over six intense weeks, I had the chance to take a step back from day-to-day delivery and dive deep into strategic thinking, frameworks, and best practices that elevate events from good to impactful. Some of the key areas I focused on included: ?? strategic design for in-person, virtual, and hybrid experiences, ?? ROI-focused planning and performance measurement, ?? budgeting, stakeholder alignment, and project oversight, ?? audience-driven marketing strategies rooted in personas and value, ?? content and engagement informed by adult learning principles. The course reinforced something I’ve always believed: every event has a purpose. ??And it’s only when we design with business goals and audience needs in mind that we unlock the true potential of events as powerful tools for connection, learning, and transformation. This journey has sharpened my ability to think and act as a strategic advisor, not just an event planner.
