PCI Design Group, Inc.—a Woda Cooper Company—is a team of passionate architects, planners and consultants established in 1997. Headquartered in Columbus, Ohio with a satellite office in Grand Rapids, MI, PCI specializes in affordable housing design featuring sustainable new construction, historic renovations, rehabilitations and retrofits. But being part of the PCI team is more than just a job; we seek people passionate about designing a better world. The affordable housing projects we take on transform communities, giving those in need the opportunity to change their lives and the lives of their families. The construction projects of which we are a part spur reinvestment in struggling neighborhoods. Each and every one of our designs serves struggling families, veterans, seniors and other groups who need it most.
