Summome Native Ventures, our joint venture between PCI-GS and Guidehouse, is excited to share our latest win under the OST Shared Services BPA with the DOT Office of Human Resources Management (DOHRM) Leadership Development Programming! We're supporting the Human Capital Planning Solutions Division in developing leadership programs, including "Leaning into Leadership" cohorts and a new emerging leaders program. Our work will also enhance communication tools, program metrics, and DOT’s DEIA initiatives to foster a stronger, more engaged workforce.

Summome Native Ventures will be supporting DOHRM in a key initiative to enhance and standardize HR processes across DOT’s 11 Operating Administrations. This effort aims to streamline the hiring process, improve HR systems efficiency, and support DOT’s HR IT Modernization goals. Excited to make an impact on how HR services are delivered across the department!

Summome Native Ventures (a PCI-GS & Guidehouse JV) has been awarded a new contract with the Department of Transportation (DOT) Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). We're thrilled to support FMCSA in enhancing financial operations and advancing federal transaction processes. Our team is committed to driving greater efficiency, transparency, and collaboration within DOT.

Summome Native Ventures has won a prime contract with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to assist with the progress on LDU that must be rapid, efficient, and impactful. Summome professionals will coordinate with and provide support to DLS (Division of Laboratory Systems) personnel to enhance the functions of DLS (Division of Laboratory Systems)/TWDB (Training and Workforce Development Branch), as well as contribute to the execution of DLS work. Summome is providing expertise in coordinating, implementing, designing, delivering, and promoting online training materials and continually identifying and implementing measures to expedite LDU development and implementation.
