Celebrating Our Annual Mexico Team Gathering ???? ? This past week, I had the privilege of joining our amazing PCI Energy Solutions Mexico team in the beautiful state of Morelos—a place many of our colleagues call home. The team participated in cross-training, planning, and team-building activities. These gatherings have become a cherished tradition, where team members fly in from across the country to connect, share ideas, and strengthen bonds. ? Moments like these allow us to recharge and make us an even stronger, high-performing team. I take great pride in this group—not just for their accomplishments, but also because I was part of establishing their initial operations in the country. ? ?? Highlights from the Year ? Welcoming new faces: This year, we were excited to add Daisy, Vicente, and Sandro to the team. I was impressed with their expertise in technology and power systems. ?Expanding our client base: We welcomed three new clients in Mexico, further solidifying our presence in the region. ?Delivering value: Our team has consistently grown alongside our clients, supporting their operations in the power and gas markets and delivering innovative solutions. ? ? Competition This year we included a "friendly" soccer game in the program. Two key takeaways: 1?? This team loves to win and can compete fiercely 2?? We’re better off dedicating our talents to building exceptional software for the power industry. ? ?? Reflections on PCI’s Success in Mexico ? Why have we been so successful here? ?A strong core: Our team thrives on connection and makes onboarding new employees and customers a seamless experience. Some team members had been with us for only two weeks, but it already felt like two years! Our customer success program centers around customer engagement through frequent trainings. ?Deep industry understanding: We understand the nuances of Mexico’s power industry and deliver solutions that help our clients optimize their portfolios and operate efficiently. ? ??
