Our scopes on this project included building insulation; doors, frames, and hardware (DFH); metal stud and drywall; painting, wall coverings, and coatings; specialty walls and ceilings; and wall protection. The team’s expertise helped bring this vibrant indoor-outdoor space to life, creating the perfect setting for live entertainment, delicious food, and plenty of pickleball fun. The PCI Seattle Scaffold team is proud to support the seismic retrofit of the Admiral Way North and South Bridges in West Seattle, working with the Seattle Department of Transportation and D.H. Charles Engineering, Inc.. Our PCI Seattle Scaffolding team took on the challenge of navigating steep slopes and complex terrain, installing scaffolding at each of the bridge’s 10 piers. The project required a CupLock modular scaffold system to secure the base on uneven ground, with frame scaffolding extending up to 85 feet high. Mobile cranes were key in helping us pre-stage all materials for efficient installation, and we shrink-wrapped the South bridge to maintain safety. This project truly highlights the technical expertise, planning, and hands-on skill of our team as they work to keep this vital structure secure for the future! ????? #PCIproud #Scaffolding #BridgeProject #SeismicRetrofit #Construction

Happy Halloween! Our teams are enjoying costumes, treats, and a bit of friendly competition. Here’s a peek at some of the festivities: ?? Our PCI San Diego branches joined forces to host a Family Dinner and Fall Festival for Monarch School with 34 volunteers dressing up as superheroes and villains to bring a fun-filled evening of games, delicious food, and community. ?? PCI Portland enjoyed a lively costume party alongside a spooky smorgasbord, bringing out the Halloween vibes. ?? PCI Kansas City brought out the creativity with a pumpkin carving contest and a spooky-themed party. ?? PCI Corporate held a department decorating contest and a trick-or-treat parade for the kids, spreading festive cheer across the office. ?? PCI Bay Area submitted an entry in its property manager’s annual pumpkin carving contest and enjoyed some costume fun. ?? PCI Albany got in the spirit with colorful, creative, and goofy costumes.
