In 2020, the Borough and Phoenixville Community Health Foundation formed #InThisTogether to meet the needs created by the pandemic. Local nonprofits met several times a month to figure out how to get food, resources, WiFi, computers, supplies and other things to students and residents who needed help. Thousands of dollars flowed through this effort, thanks to the generosity of this community. People were fed, students received HotSpots, medical care was arranged and more. Today at the annual #InThisTogether holiday lunch, Mayor Peter announced that the InThisTogether account was closed and the remaining $413.83 cents would be donated to a nonprofit in attendance. PCEF's name was drawn from the hat! This donation will provide library books for students using PASD libraries! What a generous community we live in. #Phoenixville

Stumped for a gift? Why not make a donation to PCEF in honor of a friend, loved one or teacher? We will send them a note letting them know about the gift in their name. It's not too late to be part of our 2024 campaign and make a difference in the lives of 4,000 PASD students! https://lnkd.in/epJFcG88

We are pleased to be part of this. Great work PAMS team!!
Assistant Principal at Phoenixville Area Middle School Experienced Educational Leader | PBIS & Behavior Management | Program Development | Instructional Leadership | Consultant
Today, I had the incredible honor of presenting at the state level at the PaPBS and MTSS Implementers Forum. Sharing our insights on our Check-In/Check-Out Tier 2 intervention was both inspiring and humbling. This moment represents the culmination of years of hard work and dedication to strengthening our PBIS framework at Phoenixville Area Middle School. The progress we have made has been a true team effort, grounded in commitment, collaboration, and an unwavering belief in supporting all students. I couldn’t be more proud of what we’ve accomplished and the positive impact it continues to have on our school community. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey—your support and shared vision have made this achievement possible. Here’s to continuing to build, grow, and inspire! Amazing things are happening at PAMS!

Our Phantom Food Packs program is up and running for the year! This program provides a bag of healthy food to our youngest students in food-insecure households. Thanks to our donors, we are the only school district in Chester County to also provide FRESH produce to enjoy! A huge thank you to the volunteers and staff at Phoenixville Area Community Services who help us enormously with this. To donate to this program, please visit our website here: https://lnkd.in/epJFcG88
