PCC Community Markets is seeking qualified applicants interested in being a 2025 candidate for its Board of Trustees, which oversees the operations of the co-op. The Board is seeking applicants who have executive-level experience with organizational transformation and/or grocery/fresh food operations leadership, and prior for-profit board experience. PCC is committed to building a Board that represents and celebrates our diverse communities. Candidates who identify as Black, Indigenous, People of Color and LGBTQIA+ are strongly encouraged to apply. Founded in Seattle in 1953, PCC Community Markets (PCC) is a certified organic retailer and the nation’s largest community-owned food market. The co-op’s mission is to ensure that good food nourishes the communities it serves, while cultivating vibrant, local, organic food systems. PCC operates 15 stores in the Puget Sound area, including the cities of Bellevue, Bothell, Burien, Edmonds, Issaquah, Kirkland, Redmond and Seattle. Seattle stores are in the neighborhoods of Ballard, Central District, Columbia City, Fremont, Green Lake, View Ridge and West Seattle.
