As we are smack dab in election season, what do first-time voters think? We reached out across the state inviting these first-time voters to participate in our upcoming Kākou: Hawai‘i’s Town Hall to express why they believe voting is important and what motivates their participation in the electoral process. We’ll explore their concerns for the future and which issues matter most to them. We’ll ask what they hope to hear from candidates, how they gather information about them and what they want candidates to understand about their perspectives. Join us on Thursday, August 29 at 7:30 pm for KāKOU: Hawai‘i’s Town Hall to learn more. #pbshawaii #kakou #civics #voting #townhall ?
