This nine-month collaborative unites organizations experienced in integrating behavioral health services into primary care settings for children and youth. With the invaluable support of our technical assistance partner, Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego, program participants will work together to improve care delivery, share best practices and develop innovative solutions to address real-world challenges in pediatric behavioral health. Launching this month, the California Advanced Primary Care Initiative's Payment Model Demonstration Project is set to significantly enhance primary care in California through a unified value-based payment model.
