    What a great experience I had at KCSourceLink organized Global Entrepreneurship Week KC! In my session, strangers came together because of their passion to do something different, be entrepreneurial in life! And I had the honor of being with them for an hour talking about the cool science and frameworks of PB JAM. We sampled the DailyStruggles framework where Prioritization and Delegation came up as the struggles. We then dived briefly into PB JAM Facets where each participant was able to build an individualized Insight about what soft skills area will help them the most in their current professional lives. The participants promised to follow up with each other to monitor the progress based on the bonus worksheet that I shared with them. As always, it fills my heart with joy when I see modern professionals benefitting from the PB JAM science in front of my eyes. #professionaldevelopment #growth #differentiate #PBJAM #softskillsmatter #GEWKC
