Gen Z is reshaping how we think about #retirement. While many aspire to retire earlier than previous generations, they’re backing those aspirations with action. According to our findings, over half of Gen Z workers with a retirement plan are contributing 11% or more of their salary—significantly outpacing millennials, Gen X and baby boomers. We’re thrilled to see younger workers embracing long-term planning. The question now is, how can employers better support these aspirations?
