We are looking for a Product Manager What you are going to do: - Documenting requirements; - Strategic planning and identification of project risks; - Market research and competitive analysis; - Building a product roadmap; - Product analytics and A/B tests; - Prototyping; - Driving the product profitability - Analytics, solving problems with the product; - Budget management, resource allocation and cost reduction; - Building and managing an effective team for the tasks of the project from scratch, including training, adaptation, assessment and motivation; - Reporting, working with reporting documents and presentations. What we expect from the candidate: - Experience with mobile development; - Backlog experience; - Web 3.0 experience (Blockchain/NFT); - P2E, P2P experience; - User Story (the ability to write technical tasks); - English C1; - Experience in Fintech; - Understanding the technical characteristics of cross-platforms; - Basic analytical skills; - Development of business processes, evaluation of their effectiveness; - Reporting, working with reporting documents and presentations - Experience in launching a product from scratch; - Product restart (product rescue); - Customer Journey Map (CJM); - Experience with product promotion tools; - Experience in managing multiple products simultaneously; - Experience with the principles for defining and creating an MVP product; - Experience with the principles for developing a project concept and its life cycle; - Building a team for the tasks of the project from scratch; - Understanding the economics of projects, development of a business plan; - Calculation of unit economics.
