?? PROJECT SPOTLIGHT: Litho-Labeled Corrugated Display! ?? This customer came to us needing a display that can withstand cold temperatures, be versatile for a refrigerator setting and fit a low shelf option, and have premium branding. We opted for a litho-label to allow very detailed graphics. PRO TIP: Use a litho-label if you are adding small wording or very detailed images to your boxes. Although it is more expensive than direct print, it allows extremely high-end details to your brand. The next challenge was creating a display that can fit potentially small shelving. We built this display to have a removeable backboard, allowing the end-user to pull off the back piece and have the display act as tray when needed. Rather than a simple tear-away box, the backboard slides out of the lock tabs on the back so it can be removed and added from the display as many times as needed. This customer needed a way to hold the device in place, while allowing space to explain each component and their functions. We were able to come up with a design to adhesive a chipboard pad to the foam, allowing much more room for labelling while still having a high-end presentation. This innovative feature not only reinforces the structure but also serves as a clear, tactile guide to highlight the device’s core functions. It’s a small detail with a big impact—enhancing both safety and user understanding right from the moment of unboxing. Flood-printing: Although this box looks to be printed 2 colors, we were able to save on costs by flood printing one color on white paper, making it a simple 1 color direct print. ?? Built for both functionality and aesthetics: The structural integrity of this box ensures product protection while delivering an impressive unboxing experience. The inside has a foam insert for extra protection for this device. ?? Inserted handles: These kits came flat with the handles already inserted for our customer, making the assembly as smooth as possible. These handles could support 50+ pounds (heavy duty). ??
